Counselling

A clinical counsellor uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and stress. They assess clients' concerns, develop treatment plans, and provide guidance to promote personal growth, resilience, and well-being.

I specialize in supporting women through all stages of life - helping them navigate stress, anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, and relationship challenges. My work focuses on empowering women to reconnect with themselves, strenghten emotional resilience, and create a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.

In addition to my general practice, I offer specialized counselling for women in the perinatal period, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and experiences of loss of transition. My background as a former midwife informs my deep understanding of the emotional and physical changes that accompany these life stages.

I also support healthcare professionals and caregivers in building resilience after burnout, compassion fatigue, and secondary trauma. I practice from a trauma-informed foundation and am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I would be honoured to support you in finding clarity, healing, and renewed connection - to yourself and to what matters most.
